	Schmuck University, also known as Schmuck U, is a humor Web site about obnoxious and immoral people. It grew out of the publisher’s observation that schmucks tend to operate in the same ways, as if they were trained in the same school, and his personal experience as a sole proprietor, an employee at several Fortune 1000 corporations, a naive young man, and a driver in Boston. Schmuck U is a publication of Sapphire Press, which has distinguished itself in the Web publishing world since 1994. Active Web sites include the Water.info, and LifeWisdom.com. Sapphire’s first Web site, published in 1994, was selected by National Public Radio as one of its ten favorite Web sites. Michael Prolman is the owner of Sapphire Press and this site's author.
